Refund Policy

This refund policy aims to assist our customers and is a testament to our obligation to our services to them. We encourage our customers to read and review our refund policy to understand the grounds for eligibility and areas where we have no accountability if misunderstood. Our legal department is keen on the following.

Ø  If our customers' work is 30% non-original work, they are entitled to a refund.

Ø  Although this is a rare issue to happen, If the deadline is not met, you are entitled to a refund.

Ø  If the work we have done for you does not satisfy the AC requirements after three resubmissions, you are entitled to a refund.

Ø  However, if we are not able to provide our finalised draft by the time the original CIPD Institution deadline is reached because of your additional instructions, you are not entitled to a refund. Therefore, we encourage and recommend that you provide the necessary materials when placing your order or communicating with us as early as possible.

Ø  You can cancel your order at any moment and we do not insist on explaining to us the reason for the decision. The refund will be 100%.

Ø  However, we maintain that if you do not cancel an order before it is assigned to our experts; meaning they are already working on it, then the refund is as follows: You will receive a refund of 75% to 50% because we must compensate our experts and writers.

Ø  If you make a duplicate order and transaction, be sure to notify us immediately. We will refund you the additional payment. However, if a duplicate order and transaction takes more than five days without a notice from you that it is a mistake, meaning they have been assigned to writers, the refund will not be considered.

Ø  Any changes with the orders affecting content after we have delivered the work shall be considered a revision. This cost shall be considered in your refund.

Ø  If the refund requests from our customers are done through unofficial means, they will not be processed.
